MONDAY 24/9

Walnut pesto fettuccine - al dente wholemeal fettuccine tossed with walnut pesto and roasted cauliflower florets, cherry tomatoes and completed by folding into a freshly prepared pesto made with walnuts, rocket, parmesan cheese, extra virgin olive oil.  A vegetarian dish that has no less depth in flavour than any other!

 

TUESDAY 25/9

Jerk beef rump - angus rump marinaded in a no-nasties jerk seasoning (mild), pan-grilled and cut in strips. Served on fresh zucchini and corn fritters, and a tangy and sweet red capsicum salsa.  A satisfying but healthy treat for the taste buds and tummy!

 

WEDNESDAY 26/9

Classic chicken red curry - a Thai-style mild red curry blend made in-house, loosened with coconut milk, and mixed with free-range chicken, sweet potato, snake beans.  Served with steamed jasmine rice and Thai basil.  Classic Thai curry but made completely from scratch!

Grilled salmon fillet - this is London’s Ottolenghi’s take on the grilled salmon fillet with pine nut salsa, as mentioned in the second Bridget Jones movie. The pine nut salsa is a rich mix of capers, green olives, currants and herbs. Extras - a small side of wholegrain freekeh salad tossed with grilled greens.
